Friday 5:30-6:30 pm
This small group class is a power packed 60 minutes made up of a combination of HIIT and strength training. We utilize bodyweight movements as well as weighted objects like barbells, dumbbells and other odd objects to get the job done nice and efficiently!
The goal of this class is to build your endurance and strength in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
All fitness levels are welcome!!
