SUMMER STRENGTH

Take YOUR dancing to the next level!  Don't let your technique regress over summer - join us for one, two, or all three weeks of our summer strength program designed specifically for dancers!

Train with our in-house accredited & certified coach to:

  • Gain stamina

  • Build mobility & strength

  • Improve your turns & leaps

  • Prevent injury

  • Prep for next season!

  • Week 1: July 3-7

  • Week 2: July 10-14

  • Week 3: August 14-18

​

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • 4:00 - 5:15 PM

​

​The more you train, the more you save!

  • One Week: $100

  • Two Weeks: $170

  • Three Weeks: $225

*Workshop fees will be added to account once registered.
